Utilizing a network of technically knowledgeable, certified, and experienced field inspectors, we provide confirmation of repair facility diagnosis and an opinion as to cause of mechanical breakdown failure.

Immediate dispatch of inspection request (i.e., fax, on-line, verbal)

Review of inspection requests by administrative staff to ensure clear understanding of client request and possible eligibility for factory warranty and/or special policy adjustment.

Contact with repair facility prior to inspector's arrival to ensure vehicle readiness.

Timely response; 97% of inspections are completed within 24 hours of assignment. Client immediately notified if this can't be accomplished.

Verbal report from the repair facility.

Written field report, which provides the repair facility an opportunity to agree/disagree with inspector's findings.
